How it works
We want to make sure this retreat is the right fit for you — and that you feel held from the very first contact. The process is simple and personal.

A short written application to help us understand where you are and what you're looking for.

A one-to-one conversation with one of your facilitators to explore fit, answer your questions, and complete a health and eligibility screening.

If the retreat is a good fit, we'll confirm your place and begin the preparation journey together.
