Your Team

Held throughout by people who know the terrain

Two fields — mindfulness and psychedelics — converging with care, grounded in the latest research and a deep respect for what becomes possible when people feel truly safe together.

Your Guides

Kalyana and Kate will be with you for the whole journey — from the first preparation session through to the final integration circle. The mindfulness-based programme at the heart of Vibrant Depths draws on Kate's MA in mindfulness, with a focus on compassion and connection with nature, and on Kalyana's MSc research — a systematic literature review of programmes combining mindfulness and psychedelics. Two different fields, converging safely, with care and attention to the latest research and to ancient understanding about the importance of shared humanity and the group field for inner work.
